Sanitation

 

Sanitation has now become an extremely important element of our events.  Our team has consulted numerous experts in providing the safest and cleanest event we could possible produce. Here is an example of our magic in sanitation of events. Throughout the event branded hand sanitation stations, each surface is changed or cleaned after every single use. Each attendee is provided with a branded and approved mask. Personal hand sanitizer and wipes are provided for each attendee.  We also provide UV air cleaners in every room or area to reduce the potential of the spread of any infectious diseases.

Social Distancing

 

During our events, we encourage social distancing by providing online check-in and self-service badge pickup, floor decals, seating people 6ft apart, and creating tracks, if possible to keep groups together and limiting the risk of exposer to other groups.
